	HOSTING: We provide 24/7 support on all our hosting accounts. In the event of an unexpected server-related problem, our technicians take care of it as fast as possible. This service is included in all our hosting plans, and is free of charge to our customers. Not included are malfunctions caused by third party interventions to either web content or server configuration.
	WEB TECHNIQUES: We provide free support on all web techniques, scripts, and programs that have been developed and/or implemented by our programmers and technicians, as long as no third party modifications have been made to the product or its environment.
